Black Mesa Winery's
Bite Me Hard Cider is made at Black Mesa Winery, using 100% northern New Mexico apples, bringing New Mexico's 400-year-old traditions of apple cultivation and wine production to fruition. High elevation fruit (5,800 feet) provides the perfect juice to create world class cider of this style. We are happy to support our neighboring farmers to bring you a top-quality product!
Our current flavors are:
Dry - pairs well with pork
Sweet - pairs well with spicy meals
Raspberry - pairs well with biscochitos
Capuline - pairs well with tamales
Blackberry Basil - Blue cheese stuffed bison burger.
We sell the cider in 32-oz growlers (available for purchase) in the tasting room. Or--come by the Tasting Room and pick up a 4 pack of 12-oz bottles, your choice t mix and max.
