Moonlight Wine Tasting Train

How romantic--a full moon, a glass of wine, and a trip through the past on one of the oldest steam locomotive trains in the country. We will be pouring our wines as you enjoy the beauty of northern New Mexico and southern Colorado as a slow, relaxed pace moving through the mountains.

Cheese Making Class and Winery Tour

Our good friends from Old Windmill Dairy will be here to conduct this fun class. Farm Cheese Classes Include: Please allow 3 hours for the cheese class, sometimes we run over. During the class, we review terminology that applies to cheese making, in an open discussion format. Next we review the different styles and types of cheese. If you are a hands on person don't worry.
